These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 7u7 platform ("Site", "we", "us") and each person who uses its services ("you", "member", "user"). Accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service means you have read and agreed to these Terms in full.

The word "services" used in this document refers to all aspects of 7u7's website, mobile application, casino games, sports betting, live casino, payment facilities, bonus programmes and membership. "Account" means your registered personal profile.

7u7 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to access the site after any change means you have accepted the revised Terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

To open an account at 7u7 you must meet the following conditions. If any condition is not met, registration will not be completed and an existing account may be closed.

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• All information provided at registration must be true, accurate and complete.
• One person may operate only one account.
• You must operate the account in your own name and for yourself — operating on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• You must not be on a self-exclusion list due to a gambling problem.

2.1 — Account Verification

7u7 may request documents necessary for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. Required documents may include a national identity card, passport or another government-issued document.

2.2 — Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the 7u7 support team immediately.

The following payment methods are currently active for depositing and withdrawing funds at 7u7: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including major banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank).

3.1 — Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 — applicable equally for each method.
• Deposited funds must come only from your own payment account.
• Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited and any such deposit will be considered void.
• 7u7 is not responsible for any delay in processing a deposit due to technical reasons.

3.2 — Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The process is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, a withdrawal may be held if account verification or any other matter has not been resolved.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the relevant wagering requirement must be met.
• 7u7 may request additional documents for certain withdrawal requests for verification purposes.

All bonuses and promotions offered at 7u7 have their own terms. If these terms are not met, the bonus may be cancelled and any winnings earned from the bonus may also be forfeited. A bonus is never treated as direct cash.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 15 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,000, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

4.2 — General Terms for Other Promotions

• One promotion applies once per account, per household and per IP address.
• Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time unless stated otherwise.
• During wagering, free bets, certain games or wagers may not count towards the bonus.
• 7u7 reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend any promotion.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.

Every member must follow the code of conduct below while playing games and placing bets on the 7u7 platform. Breaching this policy may result in an account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

5.1 — Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets or playing games using software, bots or automated methods.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an advantage.
• Accessing another member's account or misusing their information.
• Collaborative betting or attempting to control game outcomes by acting in concert.
• Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial activities.

5.2 — Game Results and Technical Issues

All games at 7u7 operate through certified random number generator (RNG) technology. If a game or bet result is affected by a technical error, 7u7 reserves the right to cancel or correct that round. 7u7 is not responsible if a bet or game participation fails due to an internet disconnection.

5.3 — Bet Limits and Changes

7u7 may set and change the minimum and maximum limits for any game or bet. There is no obligation to give advance notice when closing a specific event or market or when changing limits.

7u7's VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level provides cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses.

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Diamond: weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

Cashback is calculated on the net amount remaining after total winnings are deducted from total losses for the week. Example: a Gold level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

7u7 believes gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. We therefore encourage members to use the responsible gaming guidelines and self-protection tools available.

• Members may set their own deposit limits.
• The option to take a temporary break or activate self-exclusion is available.
• While self-exclusion is active, no bonuses will apply under any circumstances.
• A request to close an account can be made to the support team.

8.1 — Consent to Use of Data

By registering on the site you consent to 7u7 using the information you provide — name, email, mobile number, payment details — to deliver its services. Your information is not sold or transferred to third parties.

8.2 — Cookies and Tracking

The site uses cookies to function properly. Continuing to use the site will be taken as consent to the use of cookies. Full details on cookie management are provided in the Privacy Policy.

Any member may request closure of their account at any time. Equally, 7u7 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances.

• If any provision of the Terms is breached.
• If evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity is found on the account.
• If it is confirmed that the account was opened using false information.
• If operating the account is not possible for legal or regulatory reasons.

After an account is closed, the member's valid balance will be returned, but any bonus balance will be cancelled. If evidence of fraud is found, the entire balance may be forfeited.

7u7 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection problems or technical failures by third parties.
• Losses from unauthorised access resulting from a member's account details being compromised.
• Game results not meeting a member's expectations.
• Service disruptions caused by external factors such as server attacks or natural disasters.

10.1 — Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, contact the 7u7 customer support team first. Support is available via live chat and email, and the majority of disputes are resolved at this stage. If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, the matter can be escalated to a higher authority for review.

11.1 — Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the separate terms of each promotion together form the entire agreement between 7u7 and the member. No prior oral or written communication replaces this document.

11.2 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. The unenforceable provision will be interpreted as closely as possible to its original purpose.

11.3 — Language

These Terms are drawn up in Bengali. If any ambiguity arises in translation, the original Bengali text will be considered authoritative.
